11 comments were received. The responses to this question were varied which made it difficult to come to a clear consensus.
18 comments were received. Opinions in the comments were mixed, but leaned towards wanting a bit more structure around topics and flexibility around the frequency of formal topics. Keeping the focus of discussions primarily on audio topics was also expressed by several respondents.
16 comments were received. A large number of respondents express a desire for simple, but not overly aggressive participation guidelines. Enhanced facilitation and moderation when called for would be welcomed. Fostering inclusivity and maintaining a social atmosphere were also desirable.
13 comments were received. It was encouraging to see a number of respondents indicated a willingness to volunteer in some capacity, either by moderating or helping in some other way.
In summary, the need for some additional structure, participation guidelines, and lite moderation was a common theme from responses across several questions. Actions that foster inclusivity would make this a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Leadership discussions are currently underway to identify optimum next steps.
